C.R. Peterson and Associates Hires Jonny Blass as Corporate Executive Chef
Jonny Blass has been named Corporate Executive Chef at C.R. Peterson and Associates. Blass’s sales experience with a major foodservice equipment manufacturer coupled with his background as a professional chef provides him with a unique skill set.
Blass will focus on specialized cooking systems, working with foodservice equipment dealers and end-users to grow sales. Utilizing the CR Peterson Culinary Lab, located just outside of Boston, he will also develop the company’s training program using state-of-the-art technology, which enhances end-customer benefits in today’s modern kitchen.

Prior to joining C.R. Peterson and Associates Blass gained extensive experience as an executive chef and regional sales manager with a world leading cooking systems manufacturer and as an executive chef and general manager in both corporate hotels and independent restaurants. Blass, a graduate of the Scottish Hotel School at the University of Strathclyde in Glasgow, Scotland.
